Cookie Policy
Last updated: March 18, 2026
Replisk uses a minimal number of cookies — only what is strictly necessary for authentication. We do not use any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
Cookies We Use
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Required |
|---|---|---|---|
| __session | Clerk authentication session. Keeps you logged in. | Session / 30 days | Yes |
| __clerk_db_jwt | Clerk JWT token for API authentication. | Session | Yes |
Both cookies are set by Clerk (our authentication provider) and are strictly necessary for the login system to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking authentication.
Cookies We Do Not Use
- No Google Analytics or any analytics cookies
- No Facebook Pixel or social media tracking cookies
- No advertising or retargeting cookies
- No cross-site tracking cookies of any kind
- No preference or functionality cookies beyond authentication
Why We Don't Show a Cookie Consent Banner
Under the EU ePrivacy Directive (often called the “Cookie Law”) and most interpretations of GDPR, strictly necessary cookies — those required for the service to function — are exempt from consent requirements. Since Replisk only uses authentication cookies that are essential for the login system, no cookie consent banner is required.
If we ever add non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing, etc.) in the future, we will implement a proper consent mechanism before doing so.
